ofi conducts its business with integrity and the highest ethical standards. Our reputation is our greatest asset and of critical importance, and we do our utmost to uphold and protect it.
ofi’s Code of Conduct and the supporting policies define the principles of conduct expected of all our employees. Furthermore, our suppliers are required to abide by our “ofi Supplier Principles” which are aligned to our Code of Conduct. Together, these documents set out the key principles for all aspects of our business.
When an ofi employee has a suspicion or concern of serious wrongdoing (breach of law or the Code) they are encouraged to Speak Out! This can be done in various ways - speaking directly to their line manager, their local HR, Legal or Compliance contact or via “SpeakOut” where employees can report either openly or anonymously. “SpeakOut” is also open to anyone who does not work for ofi such as our customers, suppliers and farmers.
Your concerns reported via “SpeakOut” will be reviewed and investigated by a team of experienced business managers who will act with independence and integrity. They will ensure that the reported concern is duly investigated, and necessary actions are taken where required.
